Hi everyone! This week’s “Tip Of The Week” goes over 2 stretches to help improve your low back tightness.
A very common complaint among most Americans is low back pain or just general tightness in the back. Unfortunately some of our jobs require us to sit all day which can lead to stiffness and pain. Other times its when we first wake up and our back doesn’t want to move very well until we take a hot shower. I wanted to share a couple of stretches that will help to loosen up your low back and trunk muscles. These stretches should help relieve some of your pain and help get you moving a little easier!

Try these stretches every morning. 3 repititions for a hold of 20-30 seconds.
