Hey guys! Take a minute to check out this video on two shoulder exercises that we commonly prescribe for good shoulder health. Both exercises can be performed at home or at the gym, should start with little to no weight to ensure proper form, and should be felt in the middle and lower part of the shoulder blades. The exercises, referred to as “T’s” and “Y’s”, are described in detail in the video by one of our staff physical therapists, Sean McCluskie.
