We are pleased to announce that we have a solution for those of you who are suffering from back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, or any other type of physical joint pain!  We can help you with your musculo-skeletal injury without being in the same room or area through a Telehealth visit!  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Medicare and most major health insurance providers swiftly authorized the use video conferencing for Physical Therapy services.  This allows you to continue to observe the mandates of social distancing and shelter in place while still getting relief from your physical ailment.

During this visit you will be able to communicate with one of our highly trained Physical Therapists and be able to demonstrate and discuss how you hurt yourself, where it hurts, what makes it worse, and what makes it better among other things.  Your Physical Therapist will be able to instruct you to perform certain movements to evaluate how your body reacts to a movement giving him or her a more focused idea to accurately assess your deficits.  At that point your physical therapist will make some recommendations as to how you can help to relieve the current pain you are in.  This can be done with various exercises that you will be instructed on, whether to use heat or ice, as well as other self-treatment techniques.  This can all be done without you leaving your house!
