Tip Of The Week: How to Avoid Anterior Shoulder Pain

Not only does working at a desk or computer all day result in neck and upper back pain, it can also lead to anterior shoulder pain.  This manifests as pain typically in the front of your shoulder while working on your computer, reaching for objects in front or above your head, or when reaching behind your back.  If you are having these symptoms, try these 2 simple exercises for a few days and see it helps to reduce your pain:
